I really liked the hotel's proximity to the Haram — it was less than a 10-minute walk from ROOM to HARAM, which made it very convenient for prayers. The staff at the reception were very supportive and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable. Overall, the service and location were the highlights of my stay.

1- Location: The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk away from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the Kaaba. The ease of access to the holy mosque was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. 2- Staff: The staff at Anjum Makkah were exceptionally courteous and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met. 3- Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping was diligent, and my room was always well-maintained. 4- Amenities: The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and several dining options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of international and local dishes to choose from.

"Wonderful Experience at Anjum Hotel!" "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anjum Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the warm welcome to the high standard of service, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the Haram Shareef, which made it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. I also loved the beautiful Arabic-inspired decor, which added an authentic and elegant touch to the atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Great location with a friendly staff! You will be less than 5-7 minutes away from the extension and 10-12 minutes from king Fahad/king Abdulaziz gate. The bed confort was exquisite after performing and allowed us to have a good rest!

I was extremely happy, satisfied and over the moon with what Anjum hotel offered. The best location ever in Makkah with only a few mins walk to Haram. Service, food, staff and willingness to go beyond and an extra mile to make sure the guests are happy. I was in room 2140, and the staff especially made my visit memorable when they did everything possible for me to meet my mom that I haven't seen in 18 years. Special thanks goes to أماني in Guest Relations رنيم و سمية و عارف و قصي in Reception سارة و عبد الكريم الرحيلي in Duty managers سارة الحازمي in restaurant محمد عمر شيبة in security Thank you everyone for making me feel welcomed and for coffee and fruits were sent to my room. I will be returning very soon and recommending this outstanding hotel to everyone I know.

The location is next to the west expansion of Haram. Its a huge hotel with multiple towers and ample parking. There is a direct walkway to the Haram external courtyard. The hotel is away from the Clock Tower side. The rooms are ok for the space in Haram hotels. The breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was fine. You can expect group crowds during check ins. Excellent view fom the hotel window to the haram. Special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager for checking upon our stay and accepting our request for late check out,

Great customer service. excellent reception team, all of them , boys and girls.I don’t want to mention names, I might forget some. Very clean hotel Great food specially the breakfast. Very close to The Harram.

The hotel was fantastic. Great facilities, clean, haram view, working lifts and numerous. We liked the lifts were separated floor 1-13 and 14+ which meant it wouldn’t have to stop at every floor. Buffet breakfast was delicious with enormous selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Salon inside was very convenient as well as little convenience store and cafe. The pictures are very true to form of this property - 100% 5* in every way. The underground access to haram was great. Felt very exclusive knowing that only Anjum guests were in that vicinity. We would rate 9.5/10 and would love to stay again.

- The staff are very friendly and collaborative. We were not happy with our room, and they were very generous in upgrading us. - The hotel is generally clean. - Both breakfast and dinner are great. - The location is very close to Al-Haram. It takes only a couple of minutes to reach King Abdullah’s gate and about 15-20 minutes to reach King Abdulaziz’s gate.
